Keith Butler was ordained as a minister of the gospel in 1974. He earned a Bachelors degree from the University of Michigan, a diploma from RHEMA Bible in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and was awarded a honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Oral Roberts in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He founded and is Pastor of Word of Faith International Christian Center in 1979. In 1989, he founded the School of Ministry today called Pistis to train ministers and has graduated over 1,000 who minister worldwide.

Pastor Deborah is a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel. Her encouraging, yet down-to-earth teaching imparts wisdom from the Word of God into all that hear her speak. One of Pastor Butler’s many duties is serving as the Director of the Women of Virtue Ministry at both Faith4Life Church locations in Texas. Pastor Deborah is often called to travel to other ministries to teach and admonish women to walk in the wisdom of God, and to experience peace in every area of their lives.

Frank Davis was born and raised in Detroit, MI. In a city plagued with crime and violence he turned to sports to escape the realities of living in such a city. Football, most of all, was his favorite. He was determined to go to the NFL. While attending the University at Buffalo on a football scholarship he heard the call from God to ministry. Unable to ignore that call, he left his dreams of the NFL behind, and pursued God’s purpose for his life.

After walking away from football, he attended the Pistis School of Ministry, a Bible school founded by his lifetime spiritual father Bishop Butler. It was there that he met his wife Morgan. The two fell in love and got married shortly after graduation. Soon after he became the youth minister at one of Bishop Butler’s satellite church’s in Round Rock, Texas. After being there for only 5 months he received another call but this time from Bishop Butler.

Frank became the Youth Minister at Bishop Butler’s church, but he served in multiple capacities; from missions trips, hospital visits, memorial services, and even teaching in the very Bible school that he graduated from, Pistis.  All of these assignments and more has prepared him for what God is calling him to do now, Pastor the Faith4life church in Toledo.

The anointing on Frank’s life is evident by all those that are captivated by his unique style of teaching and preaching. The lives of people from all over the world, Texas, Michigan, Africa, Paris, and Israel, have been changed because of the anointing on his life, and now he has a mission from God to bring that anointing to the city of Toledo.
